Brickell’s first residential tower of the post-pandemic era has topped off at 47 stories. Una Residences has been under construction at 175 SE 25th Road in the bayfront South Brickell neighborhood since late 2020.

The 579-foot tower will have 135 total residences that each offer sweeping unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne and the Brickell/Downtown Miami Skyline. Layouts range in size from 1,100 square feet to 4,786 square feet for tower units.

Una Residences’ Location

Una’s location at the southern end of South Brickell allows for the unobstructed views as it is currently the tallest around. To the South is Camp Biscayne, a small residential community along the Brickell/Coconut Grove border. Here you will find a private enclave of luxurious single family residences, but not height obstructions to nearby towers.

To the west is South Miami Avenue, which similarly has single family homes and a sprinkling of boutique buildings that do not obstruct the views from Una. Among these buildings is 2200 Brickell Avenue, a new eco-friendly development that touts its short stature and being surrounded by lush greenery and focus on wellness.

Really the only direction that is more populated with condominium developments is just north of 25th Road. This is the South Brickell enclave that offers a more serene experience without sacrificing proximity to the Brickell Financial District.

Now that it has reached full height, Una Residences is the tallest among this stretch of towers and will continue to hold the title until the St. Regis Residences, Miami in Brickell reaches its full height in a couple of years.

At 50-stories, the St. Regis will slightly push Una to the #2 spot of tallest buildings in South Brickell, but its location at 1809 Brickell Avenue allows enough distance that the views from Una will not be compromised.

Amenities

The boutique tower offers a curated menagerie of amenities that perfectly suits the lifestyle of today’s Miamian. Embracing the outdoor lifestyle, the developer OKO Group is extending a baywalk along the waterfront and offering a private marina.

For residents, there are three swimming pools as well as a splash pad for children. Indoors, the children can take advantage of a play room and private cinema while adults enjoy a vast wellness center that offers resort-inspired spa and steam room, a state-of-the-art fitness area with personal training facilities and yoga, and more.

When completed, owners and their guests will also enjoy onsite dining and an exclusive membership to the elite Grand Bay Club on the beachfront in nearby Key Biscayne.

Sales of Una Residences

The sales for Una Residences kicked off during COVID and quickly were spoken for as wealthy city-dwellers from the Northeast began their descent upon the Miami area. Una stood out as it offered the proximity to the urban core yet also has a sense of quiet and privacy.

At the crown of the tower, two tri-level upper penthouses boast over 7,000 interior square feet apiece with rooftop terraces that are nearly 3,000 square feet and include private rooftop pools, summer kitchens as well as private saunas and steam rooms. In a culmination of the capital flight to the Magic City post-COVID, the two penthouses sold for $17.75 million apiece in 2022.

Although Una Residences has sold very well, select purchase opportunities remain, ranging from $4.4 million to $10 million. Completion is expected in early 2025.
