Upon surprising the marketplace with its debut, Mercedes-Benz Places Miami utilized a wholly digital approach.This innovative decision came to be as sales demand mounted prior to the opening of the physical sales suite and formal sales launch.
The private online presentations are conducted in three languages, with additional translations becoming available by utilizing AI technology. Over 1,000 attendees tuned in for the first broadcast alone, proving off the bat that the luxury real estate market is ready to embrace new technology.

With a theme of “Timeless Design, Inspired by Miami,” Mercedes-Benz Places is currently under construction in the Brickell Financal District. When completed, it will bring over 2.5 million square feet of luxuriously designed residential space at 1 Southside Park.
The completed tower will include 67 stories and 791 Mercedes-Benz designed residences. The layouts are comprised of $750,000 studios up to three-bedroom plans for $4 million. Details about the penthouses are forthcoming.
