The purpose of this is to provide reference for Mr. Mike Torres whom we chose as a realtor for the sale of our home and purchase of our condo.
We met Mike on the internet when he responded to our inquiry on the value of our property and we decided to list our home with Bild Properties. He took pictures of ouor house and placed the listing of the sale on the internet in a manner which commanded attention. In other words the listing was a "wow." In less than two days we had two offers for asking price and had the house off the market with a pending contract.
As for the purchase of our condo, we worked with Mike looking at multiple listings until we settled on our purchase. Mike worked tirelessly obtaining information and arranging appointments to see numerous condominiums on the beach.
As a realtor, Mike is a professional, hard working, detailed and experienced. He is dedicated, honest and always willing to help out.
